Like I have said before there something extremely compelling about each end of the spectrum showcasing and dueling each other within the bounds of a three or so minute song. Of Monsters and Men is six talents right out of Iceland, as close as your backyard right? I wish, if these voices and horns were right outside my door there would be more than just a concert all the time it would be a full out musical. This song “Little Talks” not only can make you yell with its HEY! HEY! HEY! ear worm chorus but it’s one of the songs you enjoy so much you can miss the fact it is quite sad. The female vocals are crying out for help while the male acts as a conscience making up its own mind. Now never let the damper of a sad lyric stop you from dancing. Just think the more feelings you have the more you should dance. Dancing is the one way our bodies, our instrument can play it’s own tune.
